How about a little investigative journalism for crying out loud

I have been following the case of Robert Dziekanski, the 40 year old man tasered to death by RCMP at the Vancouver airport. The video has apparently been released to Paul Pritchard, the young man who captured the video.

Hearing the video may be released to the public, RCMP Integrated Homicide Investigation Team spokesman Cpl. Dale Carr asked for understanding.
“We just hope that when people are viewing it — and they are only viewing six seconds on the evening news — that they understand there is more to it that would put it into context,” he said.

By all means. Hopefully the entire video will be made to the public. I am curious however how no one has followed up on the tasers themselves. According to the witnesses (and possibly the video)…

Oh my God, I just had a thought. I wonder if the police have tampered with the video before returning it.

According to the witness Mr. Dziekanski was tasered by two police officers at the same time. However CBC reports:

A woman said the man was shocked four times by police, but Lemaitre said the log on the Taser weapon used by an officer shows two electrical pulses were sent into the man.

It doesn’t take a fucking genius to realize there are two tasers. So one of the tasers shows two electrical pulses, what about the other one?
