Hi,

Did you ever hear back about this?
I bought the same thing and was in the same situation (insert the verbal abuse I got from the owner when I went there).
As I am sure you know, the owner took off and it is now open under a different name (all apart of the scam if you ask me).

He is probably on some island drinking a pina colada with the over 2 million earned thru this scam.

shamefull.

I heard last summer there was a class-action law suit being filed thru Global News, yet when I googled, nothing came up.

Not having any luck trying to contact Nexpoint to relaese domain name. Where any of you able to contact Nexpoint for a release of your domains. I thought if I waited till it expired I would be able to repurchase it but am being told Nexpoint has to release it to me first.
Any help would be grateful

man ive been frustrated since july 2012, no way of communicating with nexpoint, they owe me for 6 months
now on top of it all $100 was taken out of my paypal account today! plus they have my website, cant get it released . class action

They don’t put put them on, because they can’t!!
Most have a curve which makes them peel in a week.
Seriously my friend had one put on professionally, It was a fucking awful job. Bits of dust, bubbles, an absolute joke!
These plastic bits of tat are so shit. Designed to rip people off.
they scratch easier than the screen, so whats the point?!Either have a slightly scratched screen, or a screen that has bubbles, dust AND scratches & looks fucking awful! – I’ll take a slightly scratched screen. everytime I see these on a phone I have to laugh..:) Put one of these on & Instantly make your phone 10 years older – great!

I can’t remember the name but it was on College St. One of the issues is anyone can unlock the phone. If you buy a phone outright, not on a plan, the phone company is obligated to unlock it for you to take to any carrier according to the CRTC. Some will try to charge you for it. What I wanted to do is get it jailbroken to change the OS but that is much more complicated apparently.

Hey Rob,

Sorry but I don’t think I can help you. I am in Canada, and we’re not that litigious. I had backups of my files so I wasn’t really that badly off. It was a nuisance for me but not really damaging.

I spent all day on the phone with Gov. Christie’s office and no one seems to have any idea what the meaning of domestic cyber crimes Jersey… It seems like the whole problem started when NEXPOINT somehow ended up in New Jersey… Also someone said there was a Pakistani connection to Xibi group alot of hits from there servers were coming from Pakistan? Will someone please speak up??
God knows how many other web sites… How many people were hurt by Nexpoint Dave?
